Led by Dr. Nikita Gontschar, we provided legal counsel on the sale of four business jets to the Aerowest Group. The transaction involved two Citation Latitude and two Citation Sovereign+ jets.
Our services included drafting and negotiating the purchase agreements, coordinating the release of existing security interests, and providing structured support for the financing.
The Aerowest Group specializes in the operation and management of business jets for private and corporate clients. In addition, it offers air ambulance services and time-critical cargo transport on a just-in-time basis.
